University Project: Third Year (2013/2014)

This is an original weapon prop made for a hypothetical sequel to the film District 9.
I tried to keep the design of the gun in keeping with the design style of the official props made by WETA workshop, specifically the use of 45 degree angles and the distinctive orange, black and white colour scheme.

The idea behind this weapon is that it could create incredibly powerful vacuums at the target location, sucking in anything nearby until the vacuum has been sated.
