Muriel Elson is from California. She has a rather friendly disposition. Muriel is sweet and kind and is a closet otaku of sorts. She's currently number 3 in the World AP ACM championships. Her twin brother ranks as number 1 and is somewhat the complete opposite of her in terms of personality.

Indeed, Muriel is currently my oldest char design or something... As for the F-15F just refer to what WingsofAdventure said to you.. He pretty much nailed it.. Although this is more of an inspiration from that proposed future F-15FX for the JASDF.
ACM championship? It's like some friendly International Dogfight competition but unlike most Air Combat Manuevering Tranings.. they start right out in Beyond Visual Range.. So rather than focusing on a specific Aram Platform's manueverability, it's overall package is what matters.. Avionics, weapons, interoperability, etc.. Simulating a more likely combat scenarios.
and yeah, this might be the last time I'd draw something like this.. This crap actually took almost 4 months to complete.. LEL~ because I don't have as much time in drawing and coloring than before.

Edit: Scratch that data about no current single-seater F-15. I forgot about the older F-15A, C and J variants. The Strike Eagle's still a two-seater, and the F-15F was the proposed single-seat variant for the Strike Eagle.

The F-15F was a proposed single-seater variant of the F-15E that was going to be exported to Saudi Arabia in the late 1990s, but they settled for the F-15S in the end. There isn't any F-15F in production, so you could say this is a "what could have been" variant, as all current F-15 variants are two-seater aircrafts.
