Notes on Ketsana:
Ketsana is also one of the later girls to join the SEA Witches.
Although she's someone who could use more self-confidence and assertion. When given very important tasks in a mission, she would decline and try passing it to someone else.
She's the complete opposite of Moe [link] .
Herminia pairs them up during missions, thinking that both girls could somehow "influence" each other..
So far, Ketsana & Moe don't seem to go well together.. or at least perform properly when in a given flight.

I'm not sure if her name is proper lao one.. but yeah.. Ketsana shares the same name with the infamous cyclone that hit Luzon and some other countries in Southeast Asia last 2009..
She's armed with a PK Machine gun... while deploying flares.. thus evading that large N-core(Neuroi) built IR Missile ^

Ketsana's good at evading missiles or perhaps running away..
As for her fighting skills, she instinctively fires some Radar Guided missiles, goes into a "notch" (It's a technical Modern Air Combat term..) and then will try to flee most of the time ^^ Not really the same level as Moe but rather the opposite,
..As Moe keeps firing her missiles and going straight to her target until both of them are in Dogfight ranges.. ^^ which could be dangerous..
That missile she just evaded is the size of a real world R-73, around 9 feet in length... and went for the flares instead of Ketsana^^
It will either detonate in mid air or continue falling into the ground, just like a real missile^
Although Witches have shields, getting "hit" by a missile means deduction to performance points.. In other words, it's an "embarrassment" for a witches combat record.
