(Originally posted on my instagram on September 14th)A pulsating silver heart, roots that spreaded in a cold soil. The tree believes it doesn't need the sun to grow.
And here is the avoidant attachment style ! Among the traits of the avoidant attachment style are a great need of independance, having a hard time to be vulnerable and to ask for help,
a disconnection from one's own emotions and body.
The healing path of the avoidant attachment is a path of reconnection.
Reconnection to oneself and to others, to your feelings and sensations, to your own vulnerability.
So hang in there avoidant people. It's okay to have moments of weakness, you can't be strong all the time.
And people who truly care for you will never reject you when you open up,
they will be there during hard times or when you need help.
