The holy grail. The lighthouse far ahead, piercing the mist and showing the path.
A pulsating golden heart and shimmering colored jewels. Roots deeply anchored in a fertile soil.
The tree bathes in the sun rays in a state of peace and harmony.

And so this serie ends with the secure attachment style ! This style is the one children develop
when they grow in a loving and stable environment, where their needs are fulfilled.
Among its traits are the capacity to form authentic relationships with others not rooted in fear or avoidance.
Being in touch with their own emotions and sharing them with ease as they are not afraid to be vulnerable.
A strong sense of identity deeply anchored within oneself.

While the secure attachment style can be innate, it's important to remember it can also be acquired.
With time and healing, an insecure attachment style can become secure.
Everyone is different and so is their path to change. It can be a long tread ahead with ups and downs,
with new connections and ones that are severed.
But every obstacles faced and each difficult step taken create new roots for the tree inside.
It's always there, waiting to bloom.
