(Originally posted on my instagram on September 15th)A pulsating onyx heart, roots that spreaded in an erratic soil.
The tree wants to feel the warmth of the sun but is afraid it might get burned.
The last one of the troubled attachment style and the most recently discovered 🔭
A complicated mix of anxious and avoidant characteristics. Trusting others is very difficult.
A deep desire for love and genuine connections with others but the fear of being hurt is so intense
that it results in withdrawal. Alternating between opening up and then suddently closing oneself.
The healing path of the disorganized attachment is a path of trust. Learning to trust others
so you can form an authentic connection with them and see clearly the love they have for you.
And also to trust yourself, you have the ressources inside you to face the obstacles ahead and to heal.
