First, Pauly is a nice OC, well established.
Second, yet her neck is a bit too wide. It makes her look buffy, bulky... not a nice "normal-y" build mare. Maybe I've missed some development as well...

Looks pretty good. I find working with vectors extremely annoying, as my experience with drawing in flash prooved. Give me something like Paint Tool SAI and I can draw something good. c:
