Β Sunset Shimmer had launched 2 different attacks on Changeling forces after she quit working for them over the incident with the village. She enjoyed doing it, but it was quickly draining her bank account.
Her plane was now parked in a hangar at one end of Β the sprawling Gryphus airbase where the majority of mercenaries flying out of the Griffon Empire were stationed. She was busy stenciling two more kill stars on the side of her SU-33 when a Griffon mercenary walked over.
"Hey are you still set on fighting the Changelings by yourself?" he asked.
"Yes Redwing. Why?"
"Well it looks like a chance to get paid for doing it has come up," he replied. Sunset was surprised.
"I'm listening."
Apparently the exiled Crystal Empire along with Equestria is looking for mercenary help in doing some clandestine ops inside the Changeling's country. There's a meeting tonight in hangar two. Me and several others are going."
