He's a representation of 70's punk rock from London. He gets his fashion tips from the sex pistols and the clash.

I like how you based him on British punk rock it was more political and had more of a effect on punk then alot of the American bands besides maybe black flag and minor threat and of course the dead kennedys

I like exaggerating the joints and such with redness. Helps with skin tone variation. Makes him look more.... i dunno.... real. It's also good on the nose, ears, and fingertips... places where the blood comes more towards the surface.
