Description
This is a tutorial on how to run Mac OS X Leopard on a Windows Machine. I have bought a Mac OS X Leopard boot disk from the apple store but if you wish to download one from ThePirateBay.com then you are free to do so, as the Mac Boot disk is expensive.After you have copied the Mac OS X Leopard DMG/ISO image to a blank CD, then it's time to mess around with the Command Prompt.

If you are going absolutely
mad to find out, calm down otherwise I won't do it.You need about 8GB Ram for the Mac to run smoothly and 5GB for the Mac to install itself on your HardDrive.
If you are going to do this I recommend buying a Mac boot disk because it's otherwise illegal. I'm okay because I bought an iPhone and there were stickers that came with it. Apple stickers. Now one is on my computer. Apple said that the computer must have their logo on it for it to be legally allowed to run Mac. Well, I've done that. So ha.

I've been trying to Install OS X on my piece of shit PC for 6 months now! I've tried numerous installation discs but I keep getting a Kernal Panic. (Unable to find device for this platform "ACPI"). I've went to hell and back searching the net for help with this but I can't find shit. If you have any idea on a possible fix please share!

i had done it long time ago...and 8gb ram is not required at all...i did it on my 2.18ghz dual core,4gb ram and 10gb disk space....with nvidia vga (because it needs hardware acceleration,intel vga does not have this) n u r good to go...but in most cases u wont find the kexts for ur pc (kexts are drivers for mac,as drivers for windows) u have to find very hard for kexts for ur machine...
after installing mac on pc,i got to know it is unstable and does not give full performance as it gives on mac hardware,and then i wrote apple on my dick,as i hate apple now,i m proud to be windows user,and i will remain on windows...there are hunderds of threads with themes how to convert windows into mac,but i want the windows as windows are born...
in my opinion,dun get into hype of mac,it is useless,if u r dying without mac,spend sometime,collect money and then get a mac.

I used the Boot CD from the Apple store so it isn't piracy. I got it to a) update my other Mac Tiger to Mac Leopard (My other other Mac was already Leopard and it was awesome) and b) so I could hack into the CMD networking system on my computer allowing it to accept the boot cd. I did not steal anything, but I see your point. Piracy is bad, and if I was to use VMWare Player I would have the Boot CD installed in a Space so I can use it via CD, which would not change the system. Might try it with my Win7 Home Premium, it's not doing much.
BTW I'm only 14. Didn't expect that, did u? And neither would an Apple Store worker. (Β£230 - hope they didn't think I stole the money!!)

There is actually a program called VMWare Fusion that will allow you to run windows on your computer which will be a Mac on PC. After you have installed VMWare Fusion, you can use a Mac browser to navigate around Windows XP/Vista/7. This is useful if you want to run things on a Mac but they will only work on windows. The answers is no, but if you use VMWare then you can. Go to the VMWare website...
