Description
Styxosaurus is the jack of all trades in the Niobrara ecosystem. Its famous long neck is a multifunctional tool, and it can be used for snaking into large shoals of fish, snagging prey in tight spots, unearthing prey hidden in the seafloor, storing air in order to stay submerged for a prolonged period of time, and grabbing small animals from afar, even when it is not moving. Being a piscivore, Styxosaurus preys on small fish by grabbing them with its long, interlocking teeth before swallowing them whole; however, due to its large size, it is capable of going after mid-sized prey items such as Hesperornis, Squalicorax, and even Pteranodon. Interestingly enough, Styxosaurus is moderately social, and will form pods consisting of 2-4 individuals in order to travel from place to place, as well as to hunt prey. Due to their large size and formidable, toothy jaws, adults are rarely bothered by predators other than Tylosaurus; however, in large enough groups, they can turn the tables and chase off their usurpers. Males and females can be distinguished by color, with males having a brighter colored back as well as blue stripes that runs all the way from their eyes to their body. Styxosaurus show strong parental care, and will watch over their vulnerable young and protect them from harm."Well, Blue over here's gonna need about tree fiddy".
My tenth major Saurian sequel playable drawing, featuring the impressive, long-necked Styxosaurus! Any thoughts so far?

Eh, with Mauriciosaurus around and its paper saying Seeleyosaurus' tail fluke was possibly fabricated, it's best to play it safe.
Thank you, though!
