For those that do not know. Curia-DD is one of the artists here at Deviant Art is a victim of Cyberbullying. curia-dd.deviantart.com/ (The majority of the month of January 2018)

CYBERBULLYING IS ALIVE AND STRONG IN DEVIANTART AND SUPPORTED BY THE MODERATORS AND OWNERS.

DeviantArt was aware of the situation. Denise was harassed repeatedly while Moderators and Owners of DA did nothing to stop or curb the problems and now they side with the bully and his gang of thug puritans.

Who now by the way still abuse the REPORT button to attack other artists without care or concern if the said images are or are not within standards of the Term of Service. (I've given my solution and suggestion to fix this problem.. go to the bottom of this section for a repeat.)

Denise in the mean time has been banded from DA for 30 days because of this harassment and the Puritans push to have her removed from DA. Meanwhile the owners of DA enjoy the fruits of a paid membership and benefits of Denise's (Curia-DD's) DEVIANT ART and the people it once drew in.

Question: What does Deviant Art stand for. Deviant in the name itself means : departing from usual or accepted standards, especially in social or sexual behavior. (Quoted right from Google folks)

Question: What is the purpose of the Mature button is the Purtins are going to push their social and political views on DA's moderators and owners if the Mature button is going to be ignored.

Question: I'm a retired member of the U.S. Navy Jag Corp. I know bad law when I see it. DeviantArt's TOS is garbage. Not even the moderators are able to agree from one person to the next on what each line item stands for. Rewrite it and get it up to date...I wouldn't ask three 14 year olds to explain them...they'd each have a different answer.

My solution....
ALLOW THE ACCUSED TO FACE THEIR ACCUSER!

NO MORE HIDING!

IF AN IMAGE IS REPORTED THE NAME OF THE REPORTEE IS POSTED TO THE ACCUSED
hang on...only if the reporting is shown to be false.
Reason being I think if someone over steps the rule, and uses the REPORT button as an attack
they should be forced to come forward or DA bans them for a week. I'm hard core like that.

I leave a notes. It's get's people talking again.

And it's the polite thing to do.
