That story originated because one of my sister's friends went to Kenya and your not supposed to drink the water but of course he did so he developed an infection and it manifested in one of his 'mepumbu' which is the kenyan word for 'testi' so pretty much after that all the little kenyan kids nicknamed him 'mepumbu'.
