This could technically happen within Dash's lifetime if the special propeller dash got for him broke while they were in mid-flight. (I know this because birds of prey that hunt tortoises pick them up, fly up to a great height, then drop them to break open the shell)

I find if a strong character is used in a sad image, its sadder because it shows their hidden side and lonely side. Thats why I made a RD one.

My uncle down south has two tortoises. Huge things - I thought they were Koopa Troopas when I first saw them (I was 6).
