WORK IN PROGRESSI cannot stress that enough.
So basically this is just a starter map to tell where pride territories are located in my comics. So you guys can get some geographic idea of some things. Still needs a lot more prides added and the map may even become larger to accommodate them. But this is a decent ruff draft.

It's a wip map. It's due for a lot of changes. However since this is obviously about LION PRIDES I don't think that will be a problem until I make alterations and proper pride names.

Very neat. I'm wondering though, where would Timon & Pumbaa's hidden valley be on this map?
Movie canon geography obviously doesn't apply here, since the desert Simba crossed was to the west of the Pridelands (he was going towards the setting sun) and the Outlands were separated from Pridelands by a large river, but I can't help but wonder. That hidden jungle patch was such a lush place, so how come there were no lions or other major predators there?

That lil patch of green in the center of desert... making it not inaccecable but undesirable and dumb luck to find.
However I totally forgot about the desert being west... oops. Will rethink territory geography. As for the river... I had one put in but must have colored over it by mistake. XD

That does make sense. Is that the same oasis as where part of Alexander's rogue pride stumbles on their desert crossing?
And if you're going for movie-accurate map, then one more thing. In the 'everything the light touches' scene Simba saw the elephant graveyard on the right as they were facing the sunrise, so wouldn't that logically put it on the south/southeast edge of Pridelands?

Some are Beach Bum... others be Surfer lions. Some be fishermen. X3
My Nero and Nemo are Coastal lions.

Some "Prides" actually only have say 6 adult individuals. While others have almost 50. Then there are some that are more than one pride who share the same territory but live in separate areas of it.
