You find irony in the strangest places... I've looked at this a few times before commenting and something odd struck me about it but I couldn't put my finger on it until just now. The arrow... stuck in front of two fairly solid looking buildings. Now I'm no brain surgeon... but I think most people would realise they couldn't drive straight ahead .... but then again there's a lot of idiots out there I guess.
