this is fan art of Milia Rage, from Guilty Gears. i can't find alot of fanart of her, so i dunno her outfit down to pat. but it's the hair that makes the character.
...... and no, i don't like Pheonix from the X-Men. though that did come to mind as i did this, lol.
milia's my favorite girl to use.
trying to figure out what to do with those ugly lines around her foot..... was GONNA be a shadow but ehhhh....
yes i like playing with the Diffuse Glow thingy. lol.

You know you're a GGear fan when....you can tell a character by looking at their SHOES. The bird caught my eye first in the thumbnail, then I saw her foot and realized...oh, hey its Millia! Awesome pose and shading. I dont think the lines around her foot look that bad either, more like impact lines.

and yes. i'm not even that much of a fan of anything to tell from JUST their shoes. except bust a groove. but nobody plays bust a groove anymore, lol.

Millia Rage is a freaking amazing character. 
You did a kick-ass job. As far as i can see, nothing's wrong with how you've depicted her, and as for the phoenix thing, for some reason the fact that her hair is shaped like an bird did not come to mind until i read that

If you're wondering what to do with those lines by her foot, maybe you could add some shades of red or reddish orange like it was a really powerful stomp or something, emphasize them like that maybe, or something... ^_^ Heh... maybe that'll help? I don't know... XD
