I forget who Kazuha, Hakuba, and Haibara are, but it's well-drawn as usual. I'm going to guess that Hakuba is police lieutenant guy, Haibara is woman-turned-little-girl, and Kazuha is still someone I haven't seen yet.

Takagi is the police detective (yes, I think he's a lieutenant), and he's not in this picture. Hakuba is seventeen or eighteen, English, and a private detective specifically after Kaitou Kid. Haibara is a shrunken woman, yes. And Kazuha is Heiji(brownguy)'s best friend, also from Oosaka. They fight all the time but like each other. In canon.
