Stop Sign Pole "To Stop You From Danger"
He uses a dented stop sign pole in which he picked up from his neighbourhood to defend and attack opponents. He swings it about and, at some occasions, chucks it at enemies, and can block hits with the metal pole. He can also use the sign plate as a small shield. But he has to be careful, because this sign pole is old and a little rusted, and can be a little too malleable.

Perry is a very ambitious individual, and always dreams big. He'll think there's not a mountain he can't cross, or a sea he can't sail, so long as he believes in himself. That being said, he is very optimistic. Whenever a problem rises, he'll never waver. Instead, he'd use that obstacle and work his way around it, all while thinking of every positive thing that had ever happened to him. Which is probably a lot, if you minus out the less happier bits in his life. He is also quite the courageous male, and loves playing hero whenever he can. It was a trait he had gained from his childhood days, where he used to help his neighbourhood through their hardships. He has a rather easygoing nature, which makes him prone to mixing with people without hesitation, therefore making him a very friendly person as well.

However, Perry tends to get too chummy with people, and at often times he gets extremely talkative. He'd blab about everything in his path, which tends to annoy others a lot. He also tends to be rather superficial, or in other means, shallow, when it comes to certain topics or people. He loves having company around him, and he's a very people person, so if anything were to happen to his friends, he'd become extremely angry. Because of that, he's always watching out for them, but it leads to him becoming rather overprotective. He can also be indecisive at times, and would take a long time for him to choose between something, so he often relies on the people around him to make serious decisions. Lastly, he can very easily become exaggerated, or in other words, melodramatic, when he gets too excited or happy. Which is very often, unfortunately.

"To be honest I don't understand how I even became friends with that idiot.
I mean sure we both start with P, but that's about it, really."

    Perry had never known someone lived on the other side of the fence. He believed it had always been abandoned. So when the five-year-old toddler threw a tin can over that fence out of sheer boredom, he did not expect a painful "OUCH!" to be heard. What a way for him to meet his neighbour Peter. As his parents shamefully apologized for their son's carelessness, the two households soon became good friends. Perry, however, made a rival. Of course, the boys couldn't protest when their parents wanted to get together for a nice afternoon chitchat, but they managed to find their ways to entertain themselves; Perry would trip Peter along the road, Peter would chuck a pebble at Perry's lunch. These two fought and squabbled like there was no tomorrow, but their parents' only understood them as 'bonding like men'.

    The only time Perry and Peter weren't at each others' necks was when they headed over to the neighbourhood's 'storyteller', to whom the children referred to as Old Man Gary. He would sit by his rocking chair and tell inspiring, heroic stories of his son that the kids all loved to hear. Gary talked about how his son wanted to make Wasteland a better place for everyone as well as for him, and how great it would be if his son could fulfill that shared dream. The stories filled the boys' little hearts with awe and amazement, and they were always eager to hear more. Unfortunately, by the time Perry was 13, Old Man Gary had passed on due to old age.

   Perry and Peter loved Old Man Gary, and remembering how much he had missed his son as well as talking so passionately of making their lives a better place, they were determined to carry on his son's duty in his namesake. After agreeing to a truce, the two boys carried on with their newest task; they started with lightening their neighbourhood's condition, but in the end they felt that without any money, nothing could be improved. The boys later found out that there was a richer side of Diamond City, but alas, the residents there were only rich in cash, and not in hearts. They neglected the poor, leaving them to fend for themselves, and continued on with their selfish lives. On that day, Perry and Peter decided it was their duty to teach the rich a lesson and set things straight. Thus, the GG was assembled.

    The GG, short for 'The Gary Gang', consisted of Perry and Peter as co-leaders, as well as the neighbourhood kids who also wanted to help fulfill Old Man Gary's dream. After a crash course of cheeking around by the two professional troublemakers, the team strode off to the rich district and terrorized the area. They pick-pocketed the merchants and dominated the gambling stalls, all while masking their thievery from officials who looked down on the GG because it only consisted of disheveled, rowdy younglings. With the valuables the team accumulated, their neighbourhood soon prospered. Even the adults, who were previously against the GG's actions, were notably appreciative of the team's efforts in restoring their community.

    After 3 hard years of building up their neighbourhood, Perry and Peter decided that they wanted to take another step forward in pursuing their, as well as Old Man Gary's dream. By then, Perry was 16 years old. They passed the GG leadership over to their juniors before embarking on their journey. As reminders of the home which provided them with their dream, they took along with them each a souvenir of sentimental value; a stop sign and a lamp post.

    Two long years had passed since Perry and Peter had ventured away from their home, and throughout their journey, they've helped out countless of Wastelanders who have crossed paths with them, and soon they came across something rather interesting; there was a certain group called 'The Lost Ones' who also aided other Wastelanders in need. Thinking that this would bring them yet another step closer to achieving Old Man Gary and their dream, they set out in search for the group to carry on their vision of making Wasteland a place of Paradise once again.

■ Despite all the endless arguments with Peter, Perry secretly really cares for his friend and will always have his back
■ That being said, Perry got Peter's fedora for him during a gambling session, when Peter unknowingly stated that the hat looked cool
■ Perry later laid a bet on the fedora straight away without Peter knowing and won it nonetheless, then later gave it to Peter as a birthday present
