kiha has decent knowledge and experience when fighting with opponents within a short range. while kicks are occasionally used, he prefers to go in close and knock out opponents by striking their vital areas as quickly as he can, alternating between heavy kicks and quick strikes. due to his weak endurance from his size and build, his goal is ultimately to defeat his opponents as quickly as possible. should his opponent be the kind to drag on a fight or has a higher stamina than him, he would be at a disadvantage.

weapon ❭❭❭❭ electromagnetic gauntlets
kiha's standard weapon of choice are a pair of worn out metal gauntlets, due to its resemblance of the boxing gloves he used to wear during training. although worn out, it has a neat little feature which makes it a tad more special compared to other gauntlets; it can be charged with electromagnetism. by gripping onto and pulling at a lever built within the gauntlets' interior, the weapon becomes charged with electricity and can fire a fist towards an enemy within a 5m radius, before getting attracted back to its base by its magnetic properties. this feature is still a work in progress and has a recharge period of 15 minutes before he is able to use it again, and he can only use it 3 times a day; any more than that and he'll risk destroying the gauntlets.

a specially custom-made hoverboard he received as a birthday present from his mother on his 15th birthday. it was crafted and designed by his mother and her good friend anchor, an engineer, who also happens to be gunn's uncle. it is still at its prototype stage and thus requires frequent repairs or servicing.

being a youthful, adventurous teen by heart, kiha is always willing to take daring risks that may appear doubtful in the eyes of others. he is always eager to try out new methods or ideas as he explores his options, all while enjoying the exhilarating thrills that come with. being adaptable is also a skill of his, and that versatile behaviour has saved him from trouble in school and with his mother countless of times. a less focused trait of his, but also just as important, is his patient approach to the important people in his life. his cares too much for them to the point he can even withstand temper tantrums from close friends and family, which makes his tolerance almost worth something to salute for. his tendency to be self-reliant mostly came from the fact that he didn't want to burden his mother, and thus made it upon himself to be an independent child since young. as a result, he now particularly hates those who baby him and think he is always in need of help. being protective by nature, it is a natural instinct of his to willingly fight for his friends and family.

however, at a glance, people would identify kiha as an aloof, unfriendly individual... which isn't all that wrong, really. his phlegmatic behaviour often drives people away from him, especially when he seems to always have a permanently harsh or annoyed expression on his face. only a selected few people have ever seen a genuine kiha smile; most people only see a resting bitch face or a smack-worthy smirk. despite never smiling though, he extremely loves his looks. call him vain if you may, but he will definitely check himself out and fix his hair at every passing window, glass, and mirror he passes by. one would think that as an mma fighter, he would have a slightly different personality as compared to this. his extremely finicky behaviour makes him act like a spoiled brat at times, something which he has yet to be taught a lesson for. when they say money makes the world go round, they weren't wrong at all. kiha becomes extremely materialistic and, when it comes down to returning favours, he will insist that people return them through material things, like making him a sandwich or even paying him back in cash money.

tl;dr a materialistic, shorty grump who looks like a grump on the outside but is actually fairly nice on the inside, just that he chooses not to be nice to you unless you say he looks good.

being born as the first child of a newly wed couple, kiha, was at first, spoiled rotten with love. the young couple showered the little baby with attention and warmth, buying him the best toys and the highest quality food, giving him smooches and kisses until he'd fall asleep, exhausted from all the giggling. for his parents, starting a family seemed like a dream come true at the time. however, their young puppy love could only take them so far – it wasn't long before the wife caught him cheating with another woman. of course, mother dearest was furious. how dare he? she gave birth to his child and this was how she was being repaid? through her blinding rage, she no longer saw kiha as the light of her life, she saw him as 19 months worth of time wasted on an ungrateful, shameless husband. and just like that, baby kiha was thrown into an orphanage, abandoned by both his parents at the tender age of 10 months.

around the age of 4, he was officially adopted by a young woman named yura, a supposedly famous magazine model. it struck a shock to the public when they heard she has adopted a child, but rumour has it that it was because she couldn't bear children of her own. of course, she was quick to hush those rumours, not wanting kiha to have a hard time growing up because of it. taking care of a child was not an easy task, let alone doing it singlehandedly, but somehow or rather, she was able to do it. as kiha grew older, he was soon old enough for school. around the time when he went to kindergarten, he met a fellow young lad named gunn, who was the little nephew of yura's close friend, anchor. the two boys gradually grew close, and before they knew it, they were treating each other like brothers. kiha especially thought of gunn as a little brother, despite him being the younger one, and stuck by his side through thick and thin, promising to protect him from everything that he was afraid of.

since gunn was a year older than him, they were never able to be in the same class as each other, but that didn't stop them from hanging out, even up till high school. it was one day, just as he exited class for his lunch break, he heard a loud ruckus coming from the school hallways. curious to know what it was, he rushed over to the scene, just in time to witness his childhood friend being forced to the ground by government officials. the bright blue stain on gunn's face told kiha all he needed to know, but although he only locked eyes with gunn briefly, he saw nothing but fear in the poor, trembling boy. he was afraid, terrified. and before he knew it, kiha went bolting towards his friend, shoving the authorities out of the way to help gunn off the floor, only to be just as forcefully grabbed back by the teachers. in a last desperate attempt to try and save gunn, he reached out and grabbed his hand, trying to pull him over, but to no avail. just like that, gunn was gone and never seen again. by the time kiha came to his senses, he dreaded to know what was going to happen to him next.

a few days later, he was forcefully dragged out of his own home. a neighbour had caught sight of his red hair through the window when he had trapped himself in his room. almost immediately, the government officials broke into his home and dragged him away, while his mother was out for work. he knew it was bound to happen, but he didn't think it would be so soon – and so terrifying. kiha was confined in the prison ever since; within all his thoughts of despair, he gave himself a ray of hope, thinking he could, at least, search for gunn, who was imprisoned only a few days ago. but no matter how hard he searched within the facility, he couldn't find his friend anywhere. when he asked the others, he was either shooed away or ignored, and it soon took a turn for the worst when kiha assumed the boy was avoiding him. slowly he began to pull away from his little search, deciding to shrink back and keep to himself, concluding that gunn wanted to be left alone. as time passed on, each day grew bleaker, blander, more lethargic... at one point, one could even say kiha was depressed. 6 months of hell later, the prison was suddenly destroyed.

such a scene would leave almost anyone in panic, but kiha was left in astonishment. compared the staying in this stink hole, the gang sounded much more appealing... and exciting. he was but a young child at heart, and the impulsive need for thrill lit a fire in his chest as he warily approached the gang.
