Description
The first piece in the series I will make in the next weeks.I have plans for vastly different characters, but all of them will be detailed and rendered realistically. (I do my best)
And hopefully they will make good portfolio pieces.
The first one is sort of a warm-up, I used -s abstract picture for reference. (If you want to see cool robots, check him out!)

A bit too much carbon-fiber texture in my opinion. The purple & red highlights are a nice touch.

tell me about your rendering techniques if you please. Is it hdri with studio lighting?

Yes I used a free hdri pic from the internet and spiced it up with phohtometric lights (and lenses of course (linear workflow is a must))
