"You can hide, but you can't run."Continuing with water colours and failing... I personally liked my first one better... Idk my friends say this ones better. Yeah this time i went for a scarier feel, omg yes i know i messed up a lot but WHATEVER ITS HARD //cries//
I give up on painting blood. No just no.
Anywho, comment what you think? I accept constuctive critisism (:

I really like it the watercolours are done beautifully, I was never able to grasp the feel of them properly and you did a fantastic job with them.
My only main issues it the subject in the front is a little too central, meaning in the the middle of the page (normally with some exceptions a compositional no no). It's not the blood itself that's bad but perhaps the hand print is a wee bit cliche? I don't know....
Either way I quite like it ^^

wahh this is true i find im always making everything revolve around the character and put them in the middle, since i started watercolour im attempting to change it and focus more on the idea, power of it, and background. Ahaha yeah it is idk i guess i didnt really care if it was cliche or not when i was painting? i dunno, thanks for the feedback on it! its always helpful to know others peoples views on my works (:

Yeah when you are used to just drawing in the middle composition is still a little more difficult to adjust to but I admire the idea that your trying to focus more on a bigger picture and the overall impact.
Yeah no worries on the hand at all it was just one of those offhand things I noticed and I tried to imagine what my art teacher might say about it.
Anyways can't wait to see what else you do~

its difficult especially cause im not good at that things around the character and it becomes difficult and i dont get out much it can be hard to find inspiration.. haha thanks, ive been trying for like a year now, I used to only draw the character, which i wasnt even good at it, no background no nothing, just 3 years ago i did the trick where you hide the hands behind the body.. pff fail. Haha yeah its useful to have help like this, im struggling with watercolour because i look at really good artists and they have such amazing techniques with their watercolour and i cant get it.. i guess its practice then.
