Oh gosh I reaaaaally like this, the way the girl stand out and just the serene feel, I noticed a previous comment so I'm not going to go where they went with words of advice (that'd be a little redundant).
I feel maybe there's still room for compositional improvement? The eye is drawn towards the girl but then wants to wander the page that very large space between the sparkles seems to off-put it but perhaps that's just me. Depending on the piece space left can be a good thing as the eye needs a point of rest, but I feel maybe there might be too much rest.
Probably double check with somebody else, by brain works funny so my idea of composition might be off.

I absolutely enamored with your concept and there's so much I love about it!
Firstly, I love the way you give the illusion of space with the sparkles. And I love how sketchy she is, it goes great with the expression on her face. The emphasis is really good too, you have a really subtle way of attracting the eye to the girl.
And just a few things you could watch out for next time you're drawing.
One arm is a bit longer than the other and your right leg seems a little detached from her hips.

It's always fun to play around with brushes... Even if it gets a bit frustrating sometimes.
Anatomy is pretty hard sometimes, definitely something you gotta dedicate yourself to learning if you wanna do it right. I'm still learning myself...
