Good eyes. For the interested, or the less knowledgable, I suppose I should point out that it's a 1964 Ford Falcon Futura. Which is kind of the prototype for a mustang. It was a two door family sedan of the time. Many were converted into drag racers later on in life. Unfortunately, insurance companies seem to think that 2 door equals a street rod. Which it definitely ain't. The whole reason I could do this picture, is because under the hood is a 170 cubic inch straight six with a 2-speed (Count em, TWO) "Ford-O-Matic transmission. A racer it aint. But I love the car, It was my first car, and the only one to ever give me enough darn leg room. And I still prefer Un-powered steering for long car trips. I'm currently driving a Saturn, but as soon as I get a job again, I'm planning on bringing back the Falcon. It needed some serious upholstery work.

Yep, they're great old cars and worth keeping for sure! People use to kid me about driving my 37 Dodoge sedan and my 41 Dodge Power wagon, they would ask me when I'm going to buy a new car. I told them if I had enough money buy a new car, I would buy a couple more old cars instead! and I'm still driving the old ones lol, over 20 years now! Keep that Falcon rollin!!!

Thanks. I rebuilt it once already, but It needs some upgrading to a new engine and new suspension to handle the engine.
