Description
A graphite drawing of the legendary soldier 'Solid Snake' (or old snake). Metal gear solid 4 is one of my all time favourite games. And solid snake is defintely my all time favourite character, whether that's games, films, comics etc.I originally done a drawing of snake in a bic pen a few weeks. But because i was rusty i didn't do him justice (it's in my gallery). So i decided to redraw him in graphite and am pleased with how it turned out.
Here are some of my other 'fanart' graphite drawings.
Drawing was done on an A3 bristol board, using standard and mechanical graphite pencils.

I was curious, do you ever try using lead-holders as opposed to mechanical pencils?

Thanks alot. But this was me practiseing how to use graphite. Now that i'm pretty good i will be doing a series of drawings to really do Snake justice. So keep an eye out.

This is utterly stunning. I grew up with the Metal Gear Solid series and this drawing of Solid Snake has left me speechless. Tremendous job I hope to see more of your work.
