A Christmas present for that only arrived last week. We'd given the package up for lost just a couple of days before it made its appearance (along with the three-month-old cookies I'd packed in).

One of the first times I met her, she tried to get me into watching Doctor Who. And although I was interested, I don't keep the night owl hours that she does and promptly fell asleep. But I knew how much she liked the show, so I decided to make a paper illustration for her, based off of this lovely art: [link] But I can't make art about something I know nothing about, so I started watching the show to "get a feel for the characters." And I was hooked after the first show--another bonus to her present, I suppose.
