Jester: a book-keeper named Hans Seiderman who the Toulons liked for his love of jokes. He was shot by the Nazis and very soon after, reincarnated into the judgmental jester. This less then violent puppet is the judge of victims fates, his many maniac expressions vividly convicting any who would harm the puppet masters.

Weapons/powers: Jester has only one really useful weapon and that is his spiked scepter. When not dealing the final laugh on others, he enjoys sitting back and playing judge, jury, and executioner with his winding facial features.
