Grrr, Parking Meters. I hate them so much.

I actually drew this a while ago, but I was on and off about coloring it, so it isn't really consistant. I could probably do better by way of inks nowadays. I don't remember when I started, but it was probably 2003 or so, since Miyuki is still driving (or parking) a 300ZX rather than a 350. The high, narrow, el cheapo MPV her boss has is also not the current model.

I originally intended something to go in the gap where the bus is now, and I have no idea what it was going to be. rather than draw a bus (twice, from slighlty different angles) and rescan everything I went ahead and shortcutted.
