Description
Sometimes the plan goes right, and sometimes it goes terribly wrong. Sometimes posing as a stripper to assassinate a Triad boss works out well, and sometimes it ends up with you fleeing from his goons in a hail of gunfire. Sometimes the escape vehicle gets you clean away, sometimes an IRA operative has bribed the chauffer to let her in. Sometimes you collect a suitcase full of money for your ninja overlords, sometimes you end up going for naked a ride to a container farm in Kowloon. Life is like that, sometimes.This was actually a doodle I liked enough to color. It actually follows an illustration which illustrates the first part of the little story above, which has yet to be posted here. I don't know what happens next (ultimately she ecapes somehow, she is the protagonist, after all).

It's the yard where shipping containers are stored while idle or awaiting transit, I guess because they seem to multiply on their own. They're usually near a rail yard or shipyard, but always in an industrial area, so they tend to be sparsely populated, and since the containers are stacked several stories high with alley spaces between them it makes for a good place for people to meet for sinister purposes in fiction, sort of like the ubiquitous action movie warehouses.

I don't remember what exactly my original plan was, but basically it was something along the lines of a sinister organization (the Triads, perhaps) conscripting her to assassinate some guy, with the intent of double crossing her later. Of course it falls apart because there's no reason for her to go through with it once they send her out into the field; she could quietly disappear, or double cross them (which was my ultimate plan, and logically there's no reason for them to believe she won't).
And from a story point of view it wouldn't have involved any of the other characters, so I kind of just shelved the whole thing.

I think the next step was supposed to be the container farm at the port in Kowloon, but I don't remember exactly where the story was going to go. It kinda suffers a little from some logical gaps anyway, since naked or not she should easily be able to disarm someone sitting right across from her.

The downside is they're Hong Kong Dollars, so they'll only be worth about 12 cents each when she gets back home.
