I think she gets nothing but frisking jokes from Miyuki, all the time that they're there. And they only increase in frequency (and inappropriateness) as their clothes disintegrate.

They don't really like each other - well it's a bit more complicated than that, Officer Wu thinks Miyuki is a sort of a minor public nuisance, who goes out of her way to cause trouble for her, and that's generally true; Wu is out to get that mysterious ninja girl, and so Miyuki, in her civilian guise, causes the type of minor mayhem she knows she can't get arrested for in revenge. Wu never suspects Miyuki is the ninja, of course, since she seems to lack any discipline and direction.

Miyuki basically sees Wu as overly uptight and the sworn enemy of fun (and, as a ninja, isn't fond of her as a law enforcement figure, either). They have somewhat opposite personalities, but oddly enough have the exact same general goals, to protect the innocent and see that justice is served. Of course methods differ...

In any event, Miyuki is not above harassing her mercilessly. Eventually they may come to appreciate each others viewpoints, but that's the sort of character development that comes later.

Yeah, I'm hoping to bring some of the other characters in more, hopefully with progressively longer comics - it's mostly just a matter of time to get it done.

Well, the Savage Land is stiflingly hot. If she hadn't lost most of her uniform, she'd probably be dead from heatstroke already... so this is win-win!

She's a little out of her jurisdiction, but I'd happily surrender to her just to be around her for the half-hour it'll take her outfit to finish disintegrating.

Sweet pose, proportions, and background. And the begging... phoenix(?)... is a cute touch.
