I think there's a message in here: our trash is another man's treasure, though that's the plain way to put it. More concretely, I'd say our actions somehow influence planes of interconnected dimensions beyond ours, and the product of those actions-as seen above-is not that of the best quality.
I could be completely wrong about that though x3. Anyhow, nice painting.
