Description
Telphinus or "Tell" is one of my new favorite characters, a design I've always wanted to draw. He's based off of an Uncle of mine, and the idea behind TRUE graffitti, the kind that tells a story, thus his tag name, "Tell"

Tell is an Urban legend come to life. Mistakenly killed in a gang war along with many his other peaceful "Boombox Posse", a group of Inner-City artists and brilliant minds with a street mentality, Tell couldn't rest and became his last work of art, a giant, monster-like Dub he was painting in the alleyway that belonged to the Boombox Posse. in this way, he was one of the few survivors, discovering that not only was he "alive", but he could enter people's dreams by travelling along the walls of the city in his Dub form. he is a Storyteller, spreading the message of Creative Chaos and giving advice through street-style fables and parables.

This guy has enough behind him for a story all his own, but he's one of the Five Storytellers in Grimmworld, as well as a member of the Relic Minstrel Band, and the City Spirit "Brick Red Emcee" of tsuDAKI's Council. The idea of a character that could control graffitti has always enchanted me, as does all forms of "Urban Magic"

He needs buddies~! A "neon" Spirit, a Basketball with a voice and a living "gijinka" Lowrider are on the list xD These urban Legends are so much fun to draw. tell is bigger than anyone I've drawn before(I was inspired by 's buff mandrawing skills), he's like, the Hulk, WITH TECHNICOLOR HAIR AND A GOATBEARD. he has multicolored dreads because they look like spraypaint (colorscheme provided by , thanks hon xD)
