I see it this way:

Chouji couldn't keep his part time Holiday job a secret from her...ninja are very good at finding out things.

Ino, disguised as a little girl, waited last in line for closing time. She handed him her list and while he looked at it, puzzled, she dropped her jutsu.

Ino: You can take off the fake beard & hair...but put the hat back on, it's cute.

Chouji: Soooo.... what item would you like first.

Ino drops her list...
