Description
So, as promised I did this in color-Again this is a character of mine from my comic, and her name is Arielle Zaitseva. She's a CEO of a huge interstellar military corporation, the Ares Enterprises.
For more info, just read the damn comic.
Did this with Micron fineliners and coloured with Letraset Promarkers. A bit of tweaking in Photoshop CS3 was made for the contrast(scanner messed it up)
I hope someone likes it-

Thanks, you shouldn't flatter me that much!
Yes, it is colored with markers like most of the stuff I do, for example:

The markers I use are Letraset Promarkers, they're pretty good... only annoying thing about them is the cost!

I'm gonna flatter you! You're so talented! Not to mention, once marker hits the page, it stays...so messing up is not an option!

Of course I mess up all the time, but most of the things I consider mistakes are so small they kinda drown in all the other stuff. But they still trouble me even if anyone else wouldn't care about them-

Yeah...the joys of being creative and artistic...every little detail will be somehow annoying!

Well, I'm not really artistic... I just do things. I can't really remeber when I "started" drawing, I have just done it as long as I can recall-

You're silly if you think you're not artistic!

Well, I'm certainly silly, but I'm not so sure about the artistic side-

Yep, but the flight to there and back costs hmm... couple of grand, if I'm correct Maybe I'll go there to my exchange period(in my school it is compulsory to go to exchange)

Haha, yes, its not cheap. I think visiting your country would be more exciting than here, but that's because I have lived in the US almost all my life.
Well, I am the top candidate for student ambassador of my school for the VC major. So I will be dealing with all art program exchange students most likely.

Have you ever been to another country? Not like Canada, but something entirely else? If you haven't, then Finland would probably be quite the shock...
Oh right, talking about art students, I'm not one of them- I'm actually just a business and trade student in a crappy university near the russian border... I wouldn't ever get to an art school!

Nice! I've never tried Letraset, but they apparently look good ^^
I use Copic markers, they're
really good Been using them for a few years now.

I haven't tried copics, they don't sell them around here. The Letraset markers are a bit bigger than copics, that much I know. About the price difference I don't have any ideas, though-
And the Letraset's are pretty "wet", too, they really soak the paper...

I see, well copics are kinda wet too, but maybe that's because they're alcohol-based.
I love them anyway ^^

Yep, the Letraset markers are alcohol based too- sometimes it's just annoying to fix the excess colour spreading on the white areas like on this one. I had to do that afterwards in CS3-
