Cloud Strife - FF7 Advent Children

Ok, so here is a pic on my progress!

This is my first color drawing ever! I'm just playing with it really, but it's going pretty well so far.

I'm using a type of pencils called Graphitint It's a mix with graphite and color. It's also soluble so you can add water do give it more color. It's pretty fun! I had never heard about them before yesterday.

Since this is the first time I draw with color I have to start with an easier picture to draw. Advent Children is one of my favorite movies, and the game is definitely in the top 5!

I'm only using a reference for his face. The rest I'm making up as I'm drawing. I have an idea of how it will look in the end though.

I drew Cloud when I started drawing with graphite, before I drew any people portraits. It was a good way to learn how to shade, so I thought, Why not use him to learn how to draw with colors aswell.^^.

I don't know how large the finished drawing will be yet.
