Do you remember how that children song goes?...put your right hand in, take your right hand out .... then something about shaking it all about?

So, what was the title? and how goes that stanza?
I was thinking of it when I came up with the titles for these two related pics, but my memory's hazy.

You're welcome. In my childhood it was a song my mother used to sing with us kids; also seemed to be a popular song for elementary class rooms and Girl Scout camp. I also passed it down to my son when he was young.

It was even l-o-n-g-e-r for me... you know, back in the day when the newest invention was the square wheel and furs were back in style.

It dates us? Wow, a date! I haven't had a date in a long time. Is he cute? Where we going on the date?

Oh, and I think the word is fogey ("ey") like in hokey pokey, and not foggy, unless we're ancient sea mist? Then again, I rather like sea fog. But I hate how foggy in the head I usually am. Durn illnesses.

yaaaa ... I thought it was "fogey" too! Then I checked the Urban Dictionary as I wasn't too certain ... and it says "foggies"! Never trust the Urban Dictionary!!

OK, I won't trust it now. Just as I don't totally rely on wikipedia. Even though wikipedia can be so helpful and is so interesting.

For spelling, I usually rely on www.dictionary.com (also its thesaurus).
