I had read the Frank Herbert 4 book series before I saw the movie. I was surprised that they kept so well to the book. The Open Maw does look like what you'd imagine looking down the throat of a duneworm would look like (even if in miniature).

Of course. Not so much as many of the movies depart too much from the stories or distort them but some I like. The premise of Total Recall had great promise but I really couldn't get into the movie at the time. Maybe I should revisit it. I'm not into anime particularly. Just never held my attention.
