One thing: this took waaaay too long to finish. I like the new style; overall it's faster and cleaner than anything else I've tried. But it didn't help, talking to ~Nylak every time I tried to get something done, and getting caught long, mentally stimulating yet otherwise useless conversation. Anyway!This is a relatively new character. He's a cat... with a human body (Yes, along with your average human functions and mental capacity). Nylak's been getting after me to finish this, and now that it's done, I can get after her about practicing humans. >>; Using Kitty as a model *coughgiftartcough*.
Done completely in photoshop 7.0. I suppose 4000x3500 dimensions, and +45 layers was a little excessive for this kind of art. o_o (Thank god for layer sets <3) But that brings me to this last thing: Sorry for leaving it so huge. I tried shrinking it more, originally, but it looked like crap, so you're stuck with this. =3

Anyway, judging weight isn't something I'm good at. I got that recommendation from a friend, based on his height. But if you think 120 makes more sense, I can go with that.

Actually, he looks like several characters. *sigh* I couldn't get past that, once I decided I liked this design, though. I blame the shaggy hair layering. anywho, by 'familiar' I was just referring to the common specie name, as opposed to scientific. I might need to make that clearer... Thanks for asking. As far as purpose is concerned, he's just a personal character. Might use him in role-play at some point.
