Bentley: [over the comm line] Nice work, Carmelita. Now we'll need recon photos of the inside of the museum.
*Carmelita soon heads to the museum and goes in while it's open*
Sly: [over the comm line] This is it, Carmelita. Phase 2 of the reconnaissance work; take photos of the guard, security measures, as well as every artifact of the Ancient Grecian exhibit. Oh, and make sure to act natural as a visiting officer, otherwise it will be a bust.
Carmelita: [whispers] Noted. *takes photographs of the guards, security cameras, security spotlights, security lasers, floor sensors, and all the artifacts from Ancient Greece*
Bentley: [over the comm line] Okay, that should be enough photos. Nice work, Carmelita. Good to see your Binocucom's working well. Now, head on back to the hideout so we'll build a game plan to put the screws on the local militia and dirty cops, and in the confusion, appropriate at least an Ancient Grecian artifact.
Carmelita: [whispers] Alright. Guys out here aren't trained like Interpol, the NSA, or the CIA, and aren't prepared for a well-skilled team of thieves. *heads back to the hideout, so Bentley pulls out a chalk talk*
Bentley: Okay, ladies and gentlemen, thanks to the reconnaissance work, we now know who we're up against; corrupt Roman law enforcement officers, and crooked De Facto militiamen, so we're dealing with two corrupt security factions at the same time in Rome. Heck, even the museum's under tight security when closed at night. So, we'll need to do a lot of setups per phase. The first set ups involve pinning the two factions against each other. You all get it? We'll frame both the Roman Militia and the dirty cops, so they'll be at each other's throats.

Bentley: You'll be on standby until the big operation, Peri. Anyway, We'll need more to go on by eavesdropping on the local dirty cops and the corrupt militiamen. Penelope and I will use our RC cars to infiltrate and plant listening devices to bug the local head cop's office, and the living quarters of the local militia leader. Things will go smoothly with ears on the inside. Next, Sly will be up to take more recon photos of the museum's entry points, ventilation, anything we can use to gain entry into the Ancient Grecian exhibit. Just remember, we'll need just one Ancient Grecian artifact, but we'll also have to deal with the law enforcement corruption here as well while we're at it. Also, we'll need to find some weaknesses on which stores the militia and dirty cops have under their protection to extort money from, so we can hit them all hard. Sly, Murray, both of you and me will have to do a lot of pickpocketing to get the keys for the museum to set up to break in the museum at closed hours. Also, Penelope and I will have to hit the dirty cops and the militia's electronic funds as well, they earned the screws that need to be put on them.

Sly: But, we'll have to find mine first, Peri. *heads out to collect more recon photos of the museum*
Bentley: *heads out with Penelope to bug the local police precinct and local militia fort* I'm in position at the Roman police headquarters, Penelope. What's your status?
Penelope: *over the comm line* I'm in position at the Roman militia fortress with my RC car. But getting it inside and out of the compound won't be easy with the guards along the fortress walls.
Bentley: You can use your newly modified RC chopper to defeat the militia guards and then use it's Yank-86 to set your RC car onto the roof of the militia headquarters.
Penelope: *over the comm line* Got it. I'll have to take cover, or the militia guards will find me. You going to have trouble with the Roman cops?
Bentley: If the paperwork's correct, those guys don't give a flying dump about the local street gangs, mobs, syndicates, and crime families fighting each other, and they don't trust Interpol officers at all. Besides, we'll need to find out who their leaders are what they're up to. Not to mention figure out where they're extorting all the money from.

Bentley & Penelope: *the latter on the comm line* Peri!? When did you get on the line?
Carmelita: *over the comm line* I can explain, Peri wanted to help with the communications as well as guarding the hideout.
Bentley: Ah, that makes sense. Thanks Carmelita.
Penelope: By the way, Carmelita. About Muggshot back in Holland, he paid off a bunch of my employees when I was the Black Baron to attack the Cooper Gang's hangar, and I've forbade him from even interacting with anyone, including picking fights with other pilots. I filed a disqualification on him as the head pilot of his team since you arrested him there.
Carmelita: Mierda, he attacked Sly's gang's hangar?
Bentley: It's true. Murray and I were in the hangar itself while Penelope defended it with her RC chopper. Muggshot deserved some payback for the damage to Sly's plane and our aircraft hangar. We were competing in the A.C.E.S. dogfight tournament.
Carmelita: A dogfighting competition? in airplanes?
Bentley: Yeah. You had your plane ready, but you were late to compete in it that year.

Bentley: Alright. Just guard the hideout and mind communications, also, best not to mess with the team van. Murray really loves the van. Also, Carmelita, keep an eye on her so she doesn't try anything stupid.
Carmelita: [over the comm line] Si, I won't let her out of my sight, and keep her amused at least.

Bentley: *facepalms* Obviously. *sends his RC car into the Roman police HQ through an air vent and plants the bug into the corrupt police chief's office* Okay, the bug's in position at the Roman police headquarters. *gets his RC car out undetected*
Penelope: [over the comm line] Alright. Let's see if I read the manual right. The X button for my Yank-86, the Square button to drop bombs, and the R2 button to fire the gun. I'll have to clear the wall of all militia guards outfitted with motion sensors, motion detectors, and motion tracking devices. I'll have to be careful of miniature remote control plane and copter drones, and even homing missiles. I'll have to turn hard to dodge the missiles. *she deploys her RC chopper to take out the guards along the fortress wall and even take out the anti-aircraft turrets for clear skies* Alright, fortress skyline is clear! Now to deploy my RC car into the Roman fortress headquarters. *she controls her RC chopper to return and then picks up her RC car to set down on the roof of the fortress headquarters, then switches control to the car to plant the bug into the militia leader's office* Bug's in place. Now to get my RC car out of there. *drives her RC car out of the building undetected and then gets her RC chopper deployed to carry the car back to her position*
Carmelita: [over the comm line] Nice work, you two. With the bugs in position, we're listening in on the local corrupt law enforcement leaders' conversations as we speak. Now we'll know what they're planning.
*Meanwhile, Sly gets recon photos of the Roman museum in more detail, for entry points, ventilation system, and devices to exploit*

Sly: *holds the talk button on his earcom* Peri, I know you're anxious to meet your Roman ancestor, but just be patient. You'll get to see him or her. Especially if they're in anthro form. *lets go of the earcom's talk button and continues taking pictures of the possible air vents in the interior and sky lights in the ceiling and on the roof, as well as an electronic winch*
Carmelita: [over the comm line] OK, Sly, that should be enough possible entry points, and that electronic winch might be useful. Head on back. Bentley and Penelope are out in the field with their RC vehicles, so they should be back soon.
Sly: Alright. You monitoring communications in Bentley's place?
Carmelita: [over the comm line] Well, me and Peri at least. We're minding the hideout until you and those two tech wiz lovebirds return.

Bentley: *heads back to the hideout* The bug in the local police chief's office is in place.

Carmelita: Very good. *turns on the radio*
Roman cop chief: [over the radio] Alright, men. Listen up! We got ourselves an Interpol cop and a load of prowlers in town! So keep your eyes and ears open. And if you see 'em, give 'em the business! We don't trust international cops, and we don't take kindly to anyone hitting the stores under our protection.
Roman militia leader: [over the radio] Listen up, maggots! There's been word that a gang of thieves has been prowling around Rome! And take care of any deviants in town as well! It's bad enough we've got Interpol breathing down our necks, but now we got an international larceny gang and an Interpol cop tailing them as well! Take them as prisoners if you have to!
Sly: Guess we're famous no matter where we go.

Uka Uka: CORTEX!!! The Thievius Raccoonus has been stolen! And Le Paradox was beaten by a blue and orange alien fox!!
Dr. Cortex: Now now, Uka, no need to lose any of your beauty sleep, I've copied every page of the book down in data in case if it ever gets stolen. And an alien? Interesting.
Back with the Cooper Gang...
Sly: *takes the Thievius Raccoonus* Thanks, Peri. Bang up work. *opens the book and sees that every draft of his family history is intact* Good, still in one piece.
Bentley: That's good news for us, Sly. The bad news is, I just spied in Cortex's mainframe, and it would seem that Neo has copied and stored every page of the book down in his personal computer. He's planning to sell it to all the criminals on the black market!
Sly: WHAT??? He copied my family book!?
