She was inspired by Last Piece [link] by Destiny Blue [link] . I made my own custom glow in the dark paint by mixing glow in the dark powder with liquitex medium and matte varnish.She is really something to see in person since she emanates a cold blue in the dark thanks to the glow in the dark powder!
