Description
Stitches was originally destined to be Gothel from Grimms Charming, but a little mishap with acetone changed that. A bit of resin putty and she's transformed into Stitches! She's my first full custom doll. Her hair has been cut and restyled into a bob. Her body has been modified to have 3d stitches and she wears a crochet outfit, even the shoes.
For additional photos of Stitches, follow this [link] . She is also up for grabs at Ebay - [link]

I didn't dye her hair. Just gave her a hair cut. I've never dyed hair.

Ah, it's a typo. XD The question was phrased "How did you dye the hair?" but I didn't catch my own typo.
Thanks!

That looks like a multi-layer question. I'd be happy to answer which part of her you want to know about.

Ah, those were just sculpted in using the resin putty. Very much like how you would work clay.

You could probably use resin putty to make a tail, only you have to work really fast. You might want to try air dry clay to practice with.

Resin putty will stick naturally. Air dry clay will also adhere naturally. If not, you can always shape the clay first then glue it on later. Good luck on your custom doll.
