NP. When I saw the thumbnail for this I thought someone actually made a skull head for the doll but, then I clicked on it and once it loaded I quickly realized that it was painted on. Pretty realistic dude.

lol she is quite scary! I like the scary repaints but if you are sleeping in the same room and wake up in the middle of the night to see that staring at you I'd definitely scream! xD lol
