This one time I was like:"Oooh, wouldn't it be so cool to be able to knot cherry stems with your tongue?"
And my mom was like:
"Only whores do that."
And I was like:
Anyway, HA I just finished reading Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett the other day and it's definitely one of the best books I've read ever!
So I did a quick sketch of Crowley and Aziraphale and Aziraphale thinks 'haha, I'm so funny' though the truth is that no one says "tart" anymore. So yea.

HAHAHAHA XD
I`m a whore then!
I tried this summer and it`s not so hard. One knot, at least. I didn`t manage to do double knot but with practise I could get there.

Tarts and clarinet players, of course, with all the double tonguing and reed flicking we do. XD Think either of them could play an instrument?

This certainly qualifies as doing a "really weird thing" with one's tongue! Lol yes, Aziraphale -would- say that but now the better question is, how did he find out tarts could do that in the first place?
Sorta OT but I think it's a pretty cool skill too! Haven't met anyone who can actually do it though.

Crowley would take that as a compliment, if it weren't for the archaic language. That's what offends him.

Ok...I still say 'tart'. I'm British, so I suppose that's an excuse/explanation...
But I can't do that with my tongue...perhaps I should try harder...XD

Pssh, yea you get off scott free for using "tart" being a Brit and all- but if you live in the states, the word bears no relevance unless it's preceded by a "pop".
Yea, I need to get some cherries and practice too.

I don't think a "poptart" has any sense in usual Brit english, although we have become corrupted by the evilness of the american language.

Poor Aziraphale and his pitifully archaic vocabulary. X3 He reminds me of those horribly cheesy commercials from the fifties with the housewife advertising an oven or something then the husband would come in all "LOL HELLO HUNNY" and they'd cue the fake laugh track. >.>
It's a no win situation for both of them. D: Maybe if the world had ended in a fiery blaze after all the funny humans were gone they'd be considered humorous and not just strange. X3

Hahaha, he really is EXACTLY like that!!
He'd have to be the wife tho 'cause Aziraphale couldn't be straight even if he wanted to.
Also, you never know, maybe after a few centuries pass they'll be considered comedic genius!!

Oh I'd so order now if that was the case;
I bet Aziraphale would be a sucky salesman though- Crowley would be the one doing all the talking, Arziphale would be the Vanna White.

That's MESSED UP dude- but then again, the irony's so great that I almost expect people who don't like kissing to have that ability.
I gotta try it again, I haven't had cherries in too long to remember if I can or can't...though I really can't fathom how one would even begin the knot.

but she's like: just feel with your tongue!
HAHA. She has no idea how funny she sounds. But you SHOULD. And then you'd be like, a real champ.
And you can show off your skillz. That's what I wanted to learn how to do it for. *laughs*

Sorry ^_^' I'm such a big Neil Gaiman fangirl - read one of the Sandman books and was hooked.

Glad you love it <3

AAAh I know!! I'm WAY behind the ball on that one (though I am when it comes to most things )!
But I'm so happy I've read it and gotten into Neil Gaiman, but DAMN- You have a SIGNED copy?! Friggin lucky- when did he go on tour?
Oh, have you read American Gods? I went to the store and got it today (though I almost didn't cause I didn't know it was in the friggin Sci-fi section!! ) and I'm really excited and curious.
(Haha, I went nuts trying to stop myself from buying the Crowley cover of GO (I've already got the Aziraphale one) and I get crazy when it comes to getting sets- I had to keep telling myself "Lex, it's the SAME book, the SAME BOOK, you already HAVE IT!" )

He was in D.C. last year~
And the year before that, Prachett was here too :]
I got American Gods~ Of the books Gaiman's wrote, I missing various comics, most of The Sandman, Stardust, and the other one (can't remember right now).
I got The Graveyard Book which made me happy right up until the end xD I still don't see how it ended up in the children's section.
American Gods was wonderful. I hit myself over the head for missing stuff thought, ha ha ha.
I nearly did that for GO myself (I've got the paperback Crowly one). So, instead, I bought my friend the Azira one :]

I suggest Anansi Boys (it was pretty good after I got to it).
My cousin liked Coraline, but I think The Graveyard Book (his new one) is absolutely precious.
The Dual Cover is for loveliness. And to get more money from insane fans xD
