Everyone reacts differently to the radiation.
EXPOSED FELINE/HUMANS will display signs of overstimulation and aggression and cannot calm down.
They will be hypervigilant, chase things, scratch/bite, run around randomly...
THREAT LEVEL: LOW/MODERATE
Generally, these individuals will not really "attack" non-irradiated persons in a normal sense.
Some can get violent, but they are easy to distract and dissuade if you appear "bigger" and "scarier".
