Taken in Darling Harbour, Sydney. The light hit the buildings just perfectly.Now this one had to be in colour, black and white just wouldn't have been right.

Very nice shot! I dont like the grainyness in the sky, though. LUCKILY though the grainyness doesnt seem to have carried down to the buildings, which i love the lighting that you captured on it! I love the colours and perspecitve. Nice job

I really like this one...the contrasts are terrific... it seems to gradiate from stark, ugly man-made structures...up into the glowing power and beauty of nature...its light streaming down ..illuminating the structures, and making them beautifull wherever the light touches. Its the kind of shot one can sink into... Great eye you have!!

your right this wouldn't have had the same effect in B+W plus you would lose the astounding tones from the morning sky... *drools* I must say this is one of the best city scapes I have ever seen, it is especialy good that the buildings all get gradualy taller, with the cranes in there it seems as though they are reaching twords the heaves, this feeling is hit home with the collors on the buildings and those of the sky.... THAT SKY IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Talk about right place right time... this shot... wow... all I can say is

Yeah, this nice photo would loose much if it were in grayscale. I don't like City panoramas (or only at sunset or night with many cool street lights) but this is an exception. Nice work.

That is very nicely done. You did a fantastic job capturing the vivid colors of the scene... and you took the shot at a perfect angle.. The sky looks beautiful... *sigh* I wish I was there right now.. I also just noticed the way that the sun is hitting the buildings. It really captures an ideal "pose".
