First of all, I really like this, and I meant that honestly. The tree looks absolutly stunning. OK, I thought I would add in some suggestions, hope you don't mind.

1. The fetus, the stage of development is good, but I think if you were to leave the womb the same size, but reduce the size of the fetus, same stage of development, but place it so it's not taking up the whole womb circle.
2. A little off-angle, but that's not really a problem.

It seems quite a conceptual peice of art, that would work well with an explaination, but I'm guessing it's a continuation of your art/sculpture idea of nature? It it's a tattoo design, where would you have it placed on the body? I only ask this, because I think it would work better as an actual drawing, and I say this because I think it's a great idea, with quite a bit of poetential... if you want to create that. Clean it up a little, and take away the boarder, and your set for a great peice

So you think the fetus should be smaller in proportion to the womb/orb/planet/circle/thing? Were you thinking of me putting it in the middle, or against the side?

The angle is just because of the scanning... and the fact that it's tiny and in pen, and the border is just there because I got bored.

If I had it as a tattoo, (it wouldn't have the border) it would be somewhere relatively flat, though I'm not sure where...

I might do it as a bigger more detailed drawing, what medium would you suggest?

Thanks for the help.

The fetus, I was thinking was to be against the bottom of the womb, the head on the right hand side. The reason I suggest this, is so the back is in curvature line, with the bottom of the womb, and the head follows the womb back up on the right.

Medium for a more detailed drawing, I would suggest Ink, I haven't worked with ink all that much, but it would defiantly compliment the drawing. If you are to keep it as a small, tattoo design, I think pen suits it fine. I wouldnt use charcol, or watercolours, because it needs to have the strength of strong color, with defined lines, which is hard to accomplish with charcol. And watercolours don't give the strength needed.

I was thinking about where it would look good on a body, I was thinking towards a female body, as the womb suggests a female nature. And the idea came to me, that it would look good, with the womb placed in a circle around the belly-button, and the tree coming up towards the chest, with the fetus underneath the belly button, within the womb... It's hard to explain...

I think I understand what you mean about the position of the fetus. I started this one by placing the head directly underneath the tree... don't know why, just seemed fitting to have the tree protruding from it's head.

I thought ink would suit too, but I'm a bit cautious about trying it because I've never used it before... maybe I can ask for some advice at the meet this Saturday. I could paint it with acrylics, but that might be a little difficult... oils might be alright too if I had any.

I think your idea for the placing on the body is excellent, though I never imadined it as big as I think you're imagining it. *looks around for someone she can convince to get this tattooed on them, or let her atleast paint it on their stomach, so she can see it*
