Description More personal work, this one's more sc-fi themed. Ending up scrapping the character a few times before coming up with something I liked. Overall though I was satisfied with the outcome.

This looks really great.
I really like the background. I was wondering how you go about doing your pictures? do you start with a sketch then digitally paint it? And what aspect of it do you start with first?

Thanks for the comments, when I first started I would scan in a sketch, mainly because I found it a little awkward to draw with a tablet. I've gotten a lot more comfortable with it now though, an do everything digitally. I usually start with the character sketches first, then I work in a background. I do my characters and background on different layers though, so I can change them easily if something isn't working out. Hope that answered everything

looks great. really like the designs on the character. only thing i think could make it even better is if saturated the orange colour on her suite to make a bolder contrast.

Thanks for the compliments Gib, aye they're nothing really in particular. They started out as just mountains, but I began to mess around with em, resulting in the final look.
