Description
a subtle shivercold breeze caressing
the back of my neck
indian summer
a pleasant stroll through
autumn's respite
the tempest passes
and tranquility awaits
with dawn's early light
tangled strands, woven
master craftsman forming art
one made out of two
masks of avarice
twisted lies spun gossamer
behind crooked names
the passing of time
spurned by the chill of winter
isolation haunts
the slight brush of lips
expectant hearts pulsing out
the rhythm of love
desire builds, crescendo
as together, we descend

I like these very much. I don't twitter often but these would be good to read there.

I've missed these. Twitter needs your Haikus, dear Peter.

How did anything from the pen of the great Peter Dawes go three hours without a comment?
An interesting assortment of moods. While I must, from the Author's Comments, assume these are separate and unassociated works, I find that the particular order in which they are presented adds to their meaning. Was this intentional?
Nice to see you back, mon ami.
