Hello,
Let me start by saying that I like the subject of the picture, yet the low technical score really bring the picture down; let me explain why e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

If you look at your shot, you will notice how the yellow stems with pollen happen to fall right on the second third of the shot, thus focusing the eye's attention there. However, you will also noticehow the central, whiter part of the the lower petal is on the last third, thus draggign attention there - the eye is caught in a "pull" between those position, havign to force itself to stay still if it wants to focus on either.
The depth of field is good but because fo the framing it does not help brign your subject up, which hinders your impact greatly.
In this particular case you should have framed only the top flower, leavign more green space empty on the left hand side and the yello part ont he last third on the bottom right.
Hope you find these tips useful, keep up the shooting,
Nicola
