The Good:
There is definitely a wide variety of points that makes this photo unique. The fact that there is minimal, if any editing at all. The Photographer can see this very narrow window of opportunity and took it at the right time. Excellent lighting, very nice effect with the water's reflection, and good mix of nature and society.
The Bad:
I am not too impressed with the stadium lights over on the left, you should cut them down some day and retake this shot. Also should have taken the shot just a few minutes earlier to get a bit more lens flare for a more stunning effect.
The Bottom Line:
There is not very much that can be done to improve this image. Its very nicely done with many great points to look at.
